About
The St-Laurent course, built in 1992 by architect Richard Faucher, is a championship field. With 6,771 yards and four levels of difficulty, the St-Laurent should appeal to all categories of golfers. Richard Faucher has designed a visually elegant course, which offers everything: mounds delimiting narrow alleys, strategically located sand pits, double green, raised departures. Finally, the course uses as a backdrop a wilderness, a mature forest and a meadow stream where you may see a great blue heron who visits us regularly. All holes on this course have been designed to allow players, if they wish, to take a risk proportional to the playing situation. The narrow, winding fairways force golfers to sacrifice distance for accuracy very often. The green of 18 and that of 9 stand out because it is a Scottish style double green. The arrival at the end of your round can give rise to very interesting rolls. In 2008 this championship course hosted the provincial junior championship. One of Golf Québec's most prestigious tournaments.
