Heritage Golf and Country Club Lancaster

In 1989, 79-year-old Elijah Jones had a vision: to build a golf course that would challenge the best golfers, while remaining accessible to novice golfers.

At 82, his vision was materialized by the creation of a fabulous 274-acre site at the foot of the majestic Laurentian mountain range. Developed without blasting, this site follows the natural relief of the terrain, offering remarkable changes in elevation and spectacular panoramas. Its generous fairways meander over 6,700 yards of vast mature woodlands. A few minutes from Montebello - and less than an hour from Ottawa - the Heritage is one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Outaouais.
