Since 1929, Highlands has been attracting some of Edmonton’s most devoted golfers to its course. With natural, spruce-lined fairways and famous river valley views, we’re known for providing a setting that gives even the most experienced players pause. With a view to attaining meticulous course maintenance and manicures that would impress the most discerning critic, Highlands is the place where members and guests can unwind, take in the stunning beauty of their surroundings and remember why they love the game.
Newly renovated, Highlands consistently sports playing conditions among the best in the city. Newly placed bunkers have created a more challenging course and new tee decks offer more diversity in length.
Golfers can especially take pride in our new and improved irrigation system, which has been upgraded from a system of 250 irrigation heads to a more efficient system with 650 irrigation heads. This new system allows for full coverage from tree line to tree line, which results in a more uniform turf as well as improved playability and overall course conditions. At Highlands, we take great pride in the meticulous maintenance of our course and we look forward to members and guests alike enjoying all that it has to offer.
