Hunters Green Golf Club

Hunters Green is a family-operated public golf course.

The original "Lakeshore" course was built in the mid- to late-80's on a 9 hole layout. The back nine and current clubhouse was designed and built in the mid-90's.  In late 2007, our family took over the 18-hole golf course renaming it Hunters Green.  A few "learning" years followed, but in 2013, with the hiring of Keith Melnyk, a seasoned golf course superintendent with over 30 years experience, the course rapidily improved.  We are now proud to offer a great layout with well-maintained fairways, tee boxes and some of the best greens in the Edmonton area.

Hunters Green provides

A well-appointed 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with dining and meeting areas,

pro shop, snack bar, and men's and ladies’ locker rooms to accommodate the needs of members and guests.

Get set for a relaxing round of golf, then tally up the score in the clubhouse over dinner and drinks while you watch the pros on the big screen.

Book your parties or celebrations in our spacious banquet room, which comfortably seats 300 guests and features a large hardwood dance floor and a splendid view of the 18th fairway.

The course is challenging but fair

With red, white, and blue tees set at 5594, 6093, and 6501 yds, respectively, this par-72 course is a good test for beginners and low handicappers alike. Fairways are wide, but the numerous grassy mounds and hills are sure to make for some challenging lies.  Water comes into play on 11 of the 18 holes.  On several holes, the choice between going for it and laying up could mean the difference between birdie or something much higher.  Even when one is safely on the putting surface, the gently undulating surfaces will separate the contenders from the pretenders.
